The service

Pavolio organizes your career documents into a structured profile, helps you strengthen it through guided conversations, and generates application materials tailored to job descriptions you provide.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not use the service to fabricate credentials, experience or qualifications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer. Review generated materials before sending them — Pavolio drafts from your data, but the final word is yours.

Subscriptions and billing

The free plan includes capped allowances for documents, replies to Parv and job preparations. These allowances do not reset. Pro removes those limits.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the subscription portal; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period, and no refunds are due for partial periods.

Intellectual property

You own your data: your documents, your profile and the materials generated from them are yours.

We own the service itself — the software, design and branding. These terms give you a right to use it, not to own it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
